“A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things...” Matthew 12:35 KJV
Good morning Divine Ones! We are working with the Fruit of the Spirit and planting Goodness in our divine garden today. Our passage speaks to man bringing goodness out of the good treasure of his heart. Let’s break it down! “As used in Scripture, the word heart represents the subconscious mind. "Out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh" (Luke 6: 45).” (Revealing Word). The subconscious mind is the “memory” mind...it is the home of our habits, the storehouse of our past experiences. (Revealing Word). We are not aware of what is there but what is there comes out. It’s that first response, you know that slip of the tongue, that oops that happens sometimes. We say oh I didn’t mean to say that but, that’s what came out. How can we change what’s in our subconscious (heart) so that what comes out is Goodness and not oops? We use our tools of denials and affirmations. Deny the belief that Goodness is not present and affirm that it is. All past thinking must be redeemed (changed)...” (Revealing Word). That’s why we are planting the Fruits in our divine garden. This is not something that I heard about but something I’ve worked and lived. If we want Goodness to come from the treasure of our hearts we must plant and nurture Goodness. Don’t forget to tend to the other Fruits we have planted, Love, Joy, Peace, Patient Endurance and Gentleness. Pull the weeds of doubt, jealousy, thoughts of lack and limitation, that pop up in your garden. If not these weeds can take over. So Divine Ones allow the good treasure of your heart to be Goodness and the other Fruits. Bring forth Good things. Know that out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks. Allow your heart to speak Goodness. Divine Ones, do this and watch... what... happens! More tomorrow! 🧡💛💚
