Good morning Divine Ones! We are starting to work with the 3rd Commandment today as it is stated above. This commandment will also help us to continue to break up any graven images or idols that have been built up in our consciousness. Let’s break it down! “The word vain is a mistranslation. The Aramaic root wood is dagalootha, which means “in falsehood”. Thus the commandment should read, “You shall not take the name of the Lord your God falsely. In other words, the divine name is the great positive, and it should never be used in ways that are negative. (Breaking the Ten Commandments). For us this means that we MUST pay close attention to the words that we speak, at all times. “...the name of the Lord is “I AM” More literally this means self-existent one, or the potential in infinite being to BE a manifest form.” (Breaking the Ten Commandments). Consider this, whatever you attach to the words “I AM”, you are calling forth into your life, world and affairs. “At the great heart and root of all biblical teaching is the strong inference that there is within every one of us an unborn possibility of limitless life, and that ours is the privilege, through the use of the “I AM”, of giving birth to it.” (Breaking the Ten Commandments). There is great power in our words as is illustrated in this scripture; “Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee...”. Job 22:28 KJV. “This commandment simply says, there is great power in the word of Truth, if we misuse the word, or direct it negative ways, we have to “pay the piper”. Ask yourself, Divine Ones, what do I want to establish in my life today? Do I want to establish good things or not so good things? Am I willing to live by the words that I speak? Am I willing to reap what I sow with my words ? Hmmmm?? Divine Ones, watch your words today. Speak only what you want to establish in your life, world and affairs. Pay close attention!
