Good morning Divine Ones! We are working with the 9th Beatitude, “Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.” Matthew 5:11 KJV. Our passage speaks of the Lord building the house or laboring in vain. Let’s break it down! We are working with the idea of moving beyond persecution and abusing ourselves. “Nothing can come into our experience unless it finds something in us with which it is attuned... trouble and difficulty is only a sign that our own mentality needs clearing up...” (The Sermon on the Mount). If we are working strictly from an outer perspective, “sooner or later we discover that we have been laboring in vain...” We begin to understand that our outer experiences are controlled by our thoughts. We become aware of the law of cause and effect. We begin the next step of knowing the Truth.” (The Sermon on the Mount ). We begin to clean up our mentality. We come to the realization that as I change my thoughts I change my world. We are moving towards freedom. Although we have moved forward we are not there yet. “We do (however) begin to understand the mental law and experience what we come to believe as personal power. (As a man thinketh... ) this is not true freedom. “The person who never goes beyond mental science tends to feel that he is God. He thinks it all depends on him, forgetting that God lives through him and that God is the only Power.” (The Hidden Mystery). Thinking in this way we labor in vain. Divine Ones, the house represents our minds. Except we change our minds, except we pray, meditate and sit in the Silence, we labor in vain. Spend time in the Presence of the One. Spend time in the Presence of the One and rejoice and be exceedingly glad. Spend time in the Presence of the One and inherit the kingdom. Divine Ones stop the world and get off for a time and receive your reward. As we stop laboring in vain...we are saved from ourselves! More tomorrow! ❤️ 🧡 ❤️🧡
