Good morning Divine Ones! We are working with the 5th Commandment, ““Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee.” Our passage today speaks of the Lord being with us, strengthening us, helping us. Let’s break it down! “All the Commandments are really viewing the great Truth from different angles, for it is the One Truth... They all dovetail into one another. To break this Commandment, “Honour thy father and thy mother”—to have some power other than God—is dishonoring your parent who is God; it is also breaking the First Commandment; and it is also bearing false witness; and you can see too that it is attempting to steal something from God, and so forth and so on.” (The Ten Commandments: The Master Key to Life) Fear thou not to see God Only. Fear thou not to pray and believe. Not honoring your father and mother is thinking that God within can guide you out of bondage but you cannot be healed. “God could have got us out of this trouble before the judge’s decision on Monday, but now that the decision has been handed down God cannot do anything about it.” Really? All things are possible to him who believes. Do not be dismayed, see only God, the One. Honor the Father-Mother principle in you. crazy. “...if God is the only Presence and the only Power, the world, which is built on the belief that there are other causes, must be crazy and it is. There is no problem that can come to you or me that cannot be solved by realizing that there is only One Cause. (The Ten Commandments: The Master Key to Life ). Know this! As we focus on our relationship with the One, all things work together for good. As we focus on the One Power, the One Cause, we are strengthened, helped and upheld. As we do this... we are saved from ourselves! More tomorrow! 💕❤️💕❤️
