Good morning Divine Ones! We are working with the 1st Commandment “... “Thou shalt have no other gods before me.” Exodus 20:3 KJV Our passage today speaks of now being the accepted time, now is the day of salvation. Let’s break it down! “The ancients wisely directed people to behold but one in all things...THE ONE is the basic unity on which all things are built.” (Breaking the Ten Commandments). The traditional concept of God might imply a struggle for the thought is of God living IN the universe and acting ON the universe. This would seem to say that God is having a hard time of things. Nothing can be further from the Truth. This concept of God is false, for God IS the ONE true power. “To have no other gods before the ONE is to have the awareness of the ALLNESS of God. God is the ALLNESS in which the whole of the universe and all that is in it exist as manifestations. Whatever the universe is, it exists WITHIN the ALLNESS which is God.” Breaking the Ten Commandments). Everything exists IN the ALLNESS of God. You, me, your home, your car, your world! Do they come before God? No! They are of God. God is the ONE and we all, all that exists is of the ONE! Having other gods implies that we don’t believe in the ONE. Sickness can be a god for some people. They become so involved in their illnesses that they forgot about the ONE. They name, claim and focus on that alone and may say that they will be healed if it is God’s will. Obtaining wealth can be a god for some. There is absolutely nothing wrong with getting wealth but not to the exclusion of the ONE, forgetting that “...thou shalt remember the Lord thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth...” Deuteronomy 8:18 KJV The one who hates has forgotten THE ONE. They have forgotten the second greatest commandment “...thou shall love thy neighbor as thyself...” Matthew 22:38. How do we come to THE ONE? Through the daily practice of prayer, meditation and the Silence. Now is the accepted time...Now is the day of salvation. Have no other gods before THE ONE! Divine Ones... do this... and watch... what... happens! More tomorrow! 🧡❤️🧡❤️
