Good morning Divine Ones! Today we are continuing our journey with “The Game of Life”. Our scripture talks about peace today. Let’s break it down!
Peace is harmony and tranquility. Peace is freedom from disquieting thoughts and feelings. Tranquility is freedom from agitation. There is a lot that can bring a about a lack of peace but know that we can quiet ourselves and call it forth. We do this by first quieting ourselves physically by sitting still and breathing deeply. Next we quiet our mind by repeating the word peace over and over to ourselves slowly.
We can also say the following: “I turn within and call forth peace. I am thankful that the peace that goes beyond all human understanding is now right where I am. I expect and experience wave after wave of peace, of tranquility and serenity. I give thanks that the Spirit of the One is always peacefully working in and through all. I radiate peace to each person I come in contact with today and everyday. They feel the peace of the One Presence and Power. We feel the quietness and confidence that peace brings. We are free from disquiet and are open and receptive allowing perfect peace to have its own way. I am forever grateful that this is so. And so it is! Amen and Amen!
