Peace...Peacemaker...Peace...

“And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts...” Philippians 4:7 KJV

Good morning Divine Ones! Good morning Peacemakers! We are reviewing the 7th Beatitude, “Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.” Matthew 5:9. “The peacemakers spoken of in this Beatitude are those who make or bring about...true peace and serenity in their own souls, for it is they who surmount limitation and become actually, and not merely potentially, the children of God.” (The Sermon on the Mount). We are all children of God. We say with our mouths that we are but the work is to come to this realization with our total being. This Beatitude deals with prayer. “Prayer is communion between God and man. This communion takes place in the innermost part of man’s being.” (Revealing Word). “Prayer is the only real action...prayer is the only thing that changes one's character. A change in character is real change... you become a different person for the rest of your life. Prayer is the way (for us) to obtain a sense of the presence of God.” (The Sermon on the Mount). Peace is harmony, tranquility, serenity...freedom from disquieting or oppressive thoughts and feelings. “The great essential for success in prayer... is that we first obtain some degree of peace of mind...” (The Sermon on the Mount). Realize that “Man is what he thinks about all day long.” (Emerson). Pay close attention to your thoughts. Determine if you are thinking about the next good thing or the next bad thing. Direct your thinking to the Truth. Affirm: I am a Peacemaker! As I declare peace the old things pass away! I am a Peacemaker! I speak to the turbulent waves of thoughts and feelings and they obey! I am a Peacemaker! I allow the Spirit within to show me the way by abiding in the Presence. I am a Peacemaker! I choose to think thoughts of peace all day long. I am a Peacemaker! As I declare peace all aligns with peace. I am a Peacemaker!” Divine Ones we are Peacemakers. As we realize this...well... we are saved from ourselves! Tomorrow we begin the last Beatitude, “Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness’ sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven...More tomorrow! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
