Stand still and be calm...

“The LORD will fight for you while you [only need to] keep silent and remain calm.”

EXODUS 14:8, 14 AMP

Good morning Divine Ones! We are working with the Fruit of the Spirit and planting Temperance in our divine garden today. Our passage speaks of the Lord fighting our battles if we keep silent and remain calm. Let’s break it down! In the story of the Exodus, we find one of the best stories about what happens when we do not exercise self-control, when e we don’t practice Temperance. Moses (Truth drawn out of mind - Hidden Mystery) has led the Children of Israel out of Egypt (bondage). In Egypt, Pharaoh (dominion through mental power - Hidden Mystery) realizes that he has made a mistake in freeing the slaves. Who will build his temples and pyramids? He decides to gather his army and bring them back. Well in the movie 😊 he sees the Children of Israel crossing the Red Sea and tells his army to go and get them. Well, this was not the decision of someone practicing Temperance or self-control. He drove his army into the thick of the Red Sea. Once The Children crossed over, God released the water and Pharaoh’s army drowns. If Pharaoh had practiced Temperance then his army would not have died. Have you ever found yourself in a situation where if you had kept silent and remained calm things would have worked out better? Have you ever decided against your better judgement to do something that made the situation worse? The Lord (Law) will fight your battles. ““And Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord, which he will shew to you to day: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen to day, ye shall see them again no more for ever.” Exodus 14:13 KJV. Stand still, be calm, be Temperance and allow the Lord (Law) to work. Practice the Presence, be still. Continue to Plant Temperance in your divine garden today Divine Ones! As we do this...we are saved from ourselves! More tomorrow! 💙💖💙💖
