“Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding.” Proverbs 4:7 KJV
Good morning Divine Ones! Today we are continuing our journey with “The Game of Life”. Today’s scripture deals with wisdom and understanding. Let’s break it down.
Wisdom is “intuitive knowing; spiritual intuition; spiritual guidance.” (Revealing Word). Spiritual Understanding is “the quickening of the Spirit within, the ability of the mind to (perceive)...” (Revealing Word). There is spiritual wisdom and understanding and we gain both by giving our attention to both through abiding in the presence. As we abide our attention is focused on the One. As we focus our attention we come into a greater awareness and we realize that this Presence is all. It is in all, over all, through all, all in all. This is as real as your arms, your legs your surroundings.
Through abiding we move to deeper levels that go beyond human understanding. That is spiritual discernment, where we know that we know that we know. Say the following:
“I turn from the outside world to the quiet within. I turn inward and abide for a time with the Presence and Power within me. The power of the Almighty flows through me as wisdom and understanding and I am poised, peaceful and inspired. I intuitively know the next move I should take, the next move I should make. I recognize that all that is needed has been given and I accept and receive. According to my faith it is done unto me. The power within is a lamp unto my feet; a light on my path. I give thanks that this is so. And so it is! Amen and Amen!”
